What are your school hours?
Kindergarten  – 8th grade
7:30-2:10 pm.   Arrival 7:15-7:25 a.m.

Is bussing available?
In order for our SHCS students to have bussing through Robbinsdale, our school day would have started later, our students would ride the bus with high school students and catch a transfer bus at Cooper or Armstrong, we have decided to have parents drive their child(ren) to school.   The bus ride would have been 45-50 minutes each way. We have extended day for families.

Do you offer Extended Day?
Yes, we offer Extended Day (Kids Club) after school from 2:10-5:30 pm.  Extended Day is not available on non-school days.

Does my child have to be Catholic to attend SHCS?
We welcome families of all religious backgrounds.

Is there financial aid available?
Yes, for our K-8 students.  We know that it is a sacrifice to send your child to a Catholic school.  We will work with you to make tuition affordable for you.   We require parents complete an annual financial application on TADS.

Are you accredited?
Yes, our K-8 school is accredited by MNSAA, the Minnesota Non-Pubic School Accrediting Association.  MNSAA enhances the quality of education through a process of self-evaluation and ongoing improvement.  An essential principle is that our schools are evaluated in terms of how well they are guided by their own mission.

Our preschool is licensed by the MN Dept. of Human Services (Rule 3) and accredited by MNSAA.

Do students wear uniforms?
Students in PreK – 8 grade wear uniforms. Families purchase uniforms at Donald’s Uniform Company in St. Paul.  We also have two used uniform sales each year (August and January).

Where do most of your 8th grade students go for high school?
Many families choose one of our area Catholic schools such as DeLaSalle High School, Totino-Grace High School or Benilde-St. Margaret’s.   Home district public high schools are also a popular choice.
