I have been teaching orchestra for the Totino-Grace Fine Arts Academy since 2016 and have been growing the orchestra program at Sacred Heart since 2018. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in K-12 Instrumental music from the University of Northwestern-St Paul as well as Suzuki Cello Teacher Training. I previously taught in the Forest Lake Area Public Schools and currently run my own private studio.
My husband and I live in Robbinsdale and have 3 teen/young adult sons. I enjoy reading, crafts (sewing, weaving, crocheting), puzzles, and swimming and boating at the lake. I also enjoy finding and adapting or arranging music for my students to play and finding ways to make learning easy, fun, and memorable for my students.
