Athletic Waiver Policy
The MN State High League requires an athletic waiver if your child has the potential to play Junior Varsity or Varsity sports at the area Catholic Schools or a public school other than Cooper/Armstrong.

Required to complete for all coaches:
- Essential 3 Required by the Archdiocese of St. Paul & Mpls.
- Log into www.virtusonline.org Volunteers must attend an initial Virtus session, complete an online background check and code of conduct.

- Essential 3 must renewed ever 3 years. Re-Credentialing Guide
- Concussion Training: preventingconcussions.org (about 30 minutes)
